- rename package names/imports/docs/scripts to @grimoirelabs/*
  - keep CLI bin name as grimoire
  - update publish docs for new scope
  - fix formatting in venue tests

Fran Algaba c2af926a9c Fix venue adapters, add test runner resilience, update docs 
- Aave V3: fix GraphQL field names (sender), split amount formats
  - Morpho Blue: add default Base markets, fix multi-match resolution
  - Across: increase bridge amounts to meet minimums
  - Test runner: add --start-phase, --recover, checkpoint tracking
  - Clean up redundant spell files
