Fran Algaba fba6b56f22 Default enableAggregator to true in Pendle adapter (#68) 
* Default enableAggregator to true in Pendle adapter

Non-SY tokens like USDC require aggregator routing to swap into
Pendle PT/YT tokens. The previous default of false caused API errors
when swapping standard tokens. This is the common case, so defaulting
to true is the sensible behavior.
