LibreOffice resolves a relative hyperlink against the source file's own
location on RTF export, so text.rtf carried the absolute path of
whichever machine generated it and nobody else could regenerate the
fixture without a snapshot diff. gen_fixtures.py now rewrites that URL
to a fixed root.
