Add an impact measure to the Step 5 summary: fixes applied per reviewer dimension (reuse/quality/efficiency), findings skipped, and the behavior-preservation result. Because the skill applies its fixes, this is a real post-hoc account of what improved — deliberately not a net-lines-removed scoreboard, which would mismeasure the many clarity, safety, and efficiency fixes that preserve or add lines and would fight the skill's comprehension-over-compactness goal.
