Address PR review feedback: quote/variable-wrapped script invocations
(bash "${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR:-.}/scripts/worktree-manager.sh" -- the
repo's documented cross-platform style) never matched the path-token
shape, and the wrapping's $/{ characters tripped the placeholder
exclusion. Tokens are now unwrapped (surrounding quotes, ${VAR}/,
${VAR:-default}/, $VAR/) before the shape and placeholder gates.
Closed the class with a mechanical audit of all 357 skill lines
mentioning references/, scripts/, or assets/: one more gap surfaced
and fixed (@./references/... at-include targets in ce-code-review and
ce-doc-review), both fixes mutation-verified, and the 8 residual lines
documented in the header as deliberate exclusions.
