Trevin Chow e7a3c746ec fix(ce-compound): replace implicit mode default with explicit user prompt (#501) ...

The skill instructed "always run full mode by default" but models
consistently ignored this and asked anyway. Instead of fighting the
behavior, design the ask well: present Full vs Lightweight options
with clear tradeoff framing. Also renames "compact-safe" to
"lightweight" and adds missing knowledge-track categories.
