Rewrite every skill guide in docs/guides for plainer prose: merge
self-duplicating Problem/Solution/Novel scaffolding, drop Use Standalone
sections and FAQ entries that restated body text, remove em-dash and
bold-emphasis tells, and convert fragment bullets to sentences. All
behavior claims were re-verified against each skill's SKILL.md, and the
doc phrases pinned by the mechanical test suite are preserved.
