Trevin Chow 86279099bb fix(ce-compound): honor CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR and CODEX_HOME ...

Session discovery used $HOME/.claude and $HOME/.codex only. Relocated
Claude or Codex homes were missed. Probe those official env vars when
set, keep the default homes when unset, and still scan ~/.agents/sessions.
