Refresh the two docs the new anti-poll-scope-and-async-subagent-dispatch
learning touches. detached-job-lifecycle gains a Related bullet that scopes
its "no foreground sleep loops" ban to detached bash/CLI delegate polling
(not harness-managed subagent dispatch), so it no longer reads as a blanket
ban. cross-harness-cross-model-tool-invocation gains a back-link to the
concurrency-specific descendant. Minimal Update edits; core guidance in both
docs unchanged.
