xAI shipped Grok 4.6, so the pinned peer model IDs are a release behind.
Verified against the live CLIs before changing: `grok models` now defaults
to `grok-4.6`, and `cursor-agent --list-models` serves `cursor-grok-4.6-high`.
Bumps `M_GROK` and `M_GROK_CURSOR` in the ce-code-review, ce-doc-review,
and ce-pov peer scripts, the ce-work cross-model runner, and the
`grok-cursor` route contract in `unit_workspace_state.py`. Reasoning tier
is unchanged (`-high`), so this is a version bump, not a tier change.
The ce-work fake `cursor-agent` fixture also updates its served display
label to "Cursor Grok 4.6" — Cursor renamed the label alongside the model,
and the receipt check matches the served label against `--list-models`.
Historical `docs/plans/*` references stay at 4.5; they record what was
decided at the time.
