Trevin Chow 36c79fa9a7 refactor(converters): remove the retired Gemini CLI target ...

Google retired the consumer Gemini CLI in favor of Antigravity. Remove the gemini converter/install target (writer, converter, types), gemini-extension.json, docs/specs/gemini.md, and the gemini tests; unwire the registry, CLI commands, detect-tools, resolve-output, cleanup, and legacy-artifacts. Swap the release-owned manifest from gemini-extension.json to .agy/plugin.json across release components/metadata and release-please-config. GEMINI.md is retained (still read by agy as workspace context).

Gemini model-name normalization in src/utils/model.ts is kept, since agy runs Gemini models.
