New conventions/ learning: when adding a converter target whose platform docs are unreliable, verify the plugin format against the CLI binary (validate/install/list a fixture) before writing converter code. Worked example: agy v1.0.10. Refresh the now-stale live docs that referenced the removed Gemini target (native-plugin-install-strategy, adding-converter-target-providers, plugin-versioning-requirements, manual-release-please-github-releases) and update the CONCEPTS Target example. Historical docs/plans and version-drift-recovery left as point-in-time records.
