Three artifacts had been sitting untracked: a nightly-plugin requirements brainstorm, an explainer-topics ideation page, and an evidence-based reduction plan derived from transcript analysis. All three are durable analysis in the conventional docs/ paths, so they belong in the repo rather than in a working tree indefinitely. Also ignores .herenow/, which holds published-site URLs written by the here-now skill. That is local tooling state, not repo content. Scanned all three for pre-release model identifiers and credentials before committing, since committing makes them public. Clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
