New `/onboarding` skill that crawls a repository and generates a structured onboarding document for new contributors. Uses a hybrid script-first architecture: a bundled Node.js inventory script handles deterministic detection (languages, frameworks, entry points, external dependencies) while the model reads key files and writes human-friendly prose. The generated document has five sections: what the project does, how it's organized (including external dependencies), key concepts and abstractions, one primary flow traced through the code, and how to get started. Framework detection follows Vercel/Netlify patterns with three-layer heuristics (manifest, dependency, config file confirmation). Includes writing style guidelines to prevent AI slop and ensure the document reads like a teammate explaining the project, not generated documentation.
