Trevin Chow 2cc1eaea73 fix: consolidate compound-docs into ce-compound skill (#389) ...

The compound-docs skill was a separate terminal skill that ce-compound
delegated to. This merges its support files (schema, template, mapping)
directly into ce-compound and removes the indirection, fixing #389.

- Move resolution-template, schema.yaml, yaml-schema.md into ce-compound
- Replace inline enum values in SKILL.md with @-loaded file references
- Update ce-compound-refresh to reference new file locations
- Update research agents to reference ce:compound instead of compound-docs
- Drop critical-pattern-template (unused)
