Kieran Klaassen 33241b420b feat(site): serve the docs at every.to/compound-engineering ...

The site now builds with url https://every.to and baseurl
/compound-engineering, so every link, asset, sitemap entry, and llms.txt
entry carries the prefix every.to's edge proxy forwards to the GitHub Pages
origin. The link rewriter threads the base URL through, the homepage and
includes use relative_url, the CNAME and DNS steps are gone, and the runbook
describes the proxy rule instead.
