Trevin Chow 3ff8125cf5 feat(ce-work): suggest branch rename when worktree name is meaningless ...

When ce:work detects the current branch has an auto-generated name
(e.g., worktree-jolly-beaming-raven), it now suggests renaming to
something derived from the plan before continuing. Propagated to beta.
