fix(ce-commit): lean skill for stronger models, keep load-bearing protocol
...
Rewrite ce-commit around a short outcome spine and numbered workflow.
Keep argv-only context, status-based cleanliness, named-file staging,
fix-over-feat, and a one-line Gather step. Auto-branch on detached HEAD
and the default branch without asking. Drop weaker-model scaffolding
and fix docs that still described ask-before-branch on main.
