Trevin Chow 0d8cd06010 feat(antigravity): ship installable .agy plugin bundle 
Add a committed .agy/ directory (plugin.json + a skills symlink to the canonical ../skills) so users can 'agy plugin install ./compound-engineering-plugin/.agy' directly from a clone. Verified with 'agy plugin validate ./.agy' (27 skills processed). Finalize the README install command now that the bundle exists.
