Bare catch swallowed all errors including malformed JSON or permission
issues. Now only missing .mcp.json returns 0; other errors propagate.

Context7 was force-loaded for all plugin users but added friction
(API key setup, rate-limit issues, auto-load bugs) without enough
value to justify bundling. Users who want it can add it themselves.
- Delete .mcp.json
- Remove mcpServers from claude and cursor plugin manifests
- Remove MCP Servers section, Known Issues, and stray auth line from README
- Handle missing .mcp.json gracefully in countMcpServers

- Remove plugin version fields from marketplace.json -- canonical
versions live in each plugin's plugin.json. Duplicating them created
drift that release-please couldn't maintain.
- Remove version sync logic from metadata.ts (description sync kept)
- Fix release-preview test to compute expected versions dynamically
from current manifests instead of hardcoding them
