fix: remove @ inlining of support files, use on-demand reads instead

@ inlining loads ~220 lines of schema/template into the skill prompt on
every invocation, but the orchestrator doesn't directly need them — it
passes them to subagents. Switch to on-demand reads: the orchestrator
reads the files when the step that needs them arrives, then passes the
contents into subagent prompts.

fix: duplicate support files into ce-compound-refresh with drift test

Skills are independent units — cross-skill relative paths don't resolve
at runtime. Duplicate the three support files (schema.yaml, yaml-schema.md,
resolution-template.md) into ce-compound-refresh and add a test that
fails if the copies drift from ce-compound's canonical versions.

- Fix bare references/assets paths in ce-compound-refresh to use

fix: consolidate compound-docs into ce-compound skill ( #389 )

The compound-docs skill was a separate terminal skill that ce-compound
delegated to. This merges its support files (schema, template, mapping)
directly into ce-compound and removes the indirection, fixing #389 .
- Move resolution-template, schema.yaml, yaml-schema.md into ce-compound
- Replace inline enum values in SKILL.md with @-loaded file references
- Update ce-compound-refresh to reference new file locations
- Update research agents to reference ce:compound instead of compound-docs
- Drop critical-pattern-template (unused)
