yan5xu 0ddcca6b66 feat(provider): handle DataCommand for clip data protocol ...

bb-browser provider now processes DataCommand from the Hub, supporting
read/write/list/delete/stat on per-clip data directories (~/.pinix/data/).
This enables pinix://browser/... URIs to work for cross-clip file sharing.

Updated @pinixai/hub-client to ^0.2.0 for Data protocol types.
