* feat: add server.json for remote MCP registry

Adds server.json following the MCP registry schema
(https://static.modelcontextprotocol.io/schemas/2025-12-11/server.schema.json)
for the Dynatrace remote MCP server using Bearer (platform token) auth.

Also extends check-versions.js and CONTRIBUTING.md to include server.json
in the version consistency check.

Adds a tag-triggered publish workflow using GitHub OIDC, gated on the
mcp-registry-publish environment.

Two failure modes found while testing drive the rest: the registry grants
only io.github.<owner>/* and compares it case-sensitively (hence the capital
D in the name), and `mcp-publisher validate` does not check the namespace at
all - so CI now guards the name against $GITHUB_REPOSITORY.

Also fills in listing metadata (websiteUrl, icons, repository.id).
