* Combine evaluation.yml and evaluation-run.yml into single workflow Inline the three jobs from the reusable evaluation-run.yml workflow (build-validator, evaluate, comment-on-pr) directly into evaluation.yml and delete the now-unnecessary reusable workflow file.
