Fix typos and grammar in msbuild.agent.md (#191)
* Fix typos and grammar in msbuild.agent.md
- Close unclosed backtick on #tool:web/fetch reference
- Fix 'help user to troubleshoot' -> 'help the user troubleshoot'
- Fix 'nor' -> 'or' (no preceding 'neither')
- Fix 'a sub-agents' -> 'sub-agents'

* Fix incorrect skill reference in build-perf-baseline
