Nathan L 845b90dcf1 fix(e2e): stub get_app_settings to bypass onboarding gate ...

The onboarding gate reads `app.onboarding_completed` from `get_app_settings`,
not the legacy `helmor_onboarding_completed` localStorage key. Replace the
dead seed with an invoke override so specs land on the workspace shell.
