* fix(cursor): resolve tool call failures by using bundled Node runtime

Migrate Cursor SDK session manager to run on a bundled Node.js runtime
instead of Bun, fixing shell commands, file edits, and searches coming
back empty. Includes cursor-worker subprocess support, build system
refactoring, and doc updates.

* fix(cursor): verify cross-arch builds and simplify api key management

- Add cross-architecture verification for cursor-worker deps to prevent
  bundling wrong-platform packages and native sqlite3 addons. The cross-arch
  CI footgun of building x86_64 on arm64 runners could silently drop the
  correct @cursor/sdk platform package and crash Cursor at runtime.
- Simplify cursor API key lifecycle by removing apiKeyHostManaged flag.
  The host decision is now authoritative; no env-var fallback remains,
  so null means explicitly not configured → worker errors out.
- Improve comments clarifying setApiKey semantics and null handling.
