pcb apply schematic reconciles a linked KiCad project with its Zener design: composing missing schematics, scoped per-issue repairs (always-repairable connectivity), interface-port analysis, and build/publish/release diagnostics for linked projects. Opt-in via Project(); Layout()-only projects are unaffected.
