Conal Mullan 80f55b2bfa Add per-scene voiceover generation (v0.9.2)

- voiceover.py: --scene-dir processes .txt files, --concat for SadTalker
- sprint-review: audioFile field on DemoConfig, info, overview, summary
- SprintReview.tsx: per-scene <Audio> elements with backward compatibility
- /generate-voiceover: detects scene scripts, offers per-scene as default
