Conal Mullan 695da4d28d Add sync_timing tool, slim CLAUDE.md by deferring to registry (v0.10.1)

New tool: tools/sync_timing.py — syncs scene durationSeconds in Remotion
config with actual audio durations after TTS generation. Auto-detects
template type, matches audio to scenes via 3-pass algorithm (audioFile →
index → name), shows comparison table, and applies updates in-place.

CLAUDE.md reduced from 861 → 480 lines (44%) by removing catalog data
duplicated in toolkit-registry.json (skills, commands, components,
transitions, presets, Docker images) and adding cross-references.
All workflow guidance, timing knowledge, and code patterns retained.
