Transitions Library:
- Add checkerboard transition with 9 patterns (diagonal, spiral, center-out, etc.)
- Fix clockWipe to properly reveal Scene B as clock sweeps
- Rewrite pixelate with dramatic glitch artifacts and randomized blocks
- Remove duplicate presentations from showcase (now imports from lib/)

- Update README.md with transitions section
- Update lib/transitions/README.md with checkerboard docs
- Update docs/creating-templates.md with transitions usage
- Update Remotion skill with all 7 custom transitions
- Update toolkit-registry.json with transitions inventory
