- Rename CLI binary from `agentfs` to `agent-fs`
- Rename internal packages to @desplega-ai/agent-fs-{core,server,mcp}
- Add @/core, @/server, @/mcp tsconfig path aliases for imports
- Set up npm publishing as @desplega-ai/agent-fs with bun publish
- Migrate all config paths: AGENT_FS_HOME, ~/.agent-fs/, agent-fs.db
- Migrate env vars: AGENT_FS_API_URL, AGENT_FS_API_KEY
- Rename Docker container/volume to agent-fs-minio
- Add DEPLOYMENT.md with release and npm publishing guide
- Add publish-npm job to release workflow
- Add tsc build artifacts to .gitignore
