daniel b71937d0b8 fix: Enable Settings and Hooks filters in frontend

- Update index-events.js to handle settings and hooks component types
- Add settings and hooks to availableCategories and data processing
- Update filter counts to include settings and hooks totals
- Add proper icons and colors for settings (⚙️ purple) and hooks (🪝 orange)
- Update contribution modal to support settings and hooks with JSON format
- Fix data-loader.js getTotalCounts method to include all component types
