- Add public telemetry endpoint that returns 1x1 GIF (like Google Analytics)
- Enable anonymous tracking via GET requests with no-cors mode
- Endpoint creates GitHub issues for existing analytics workflow
- Maintains full compatibility with current download-stats.json system
- No authentication required - completely anonymous tracking
