- Add automated workflow to publish CLI package to GitHub Packages
- Configure package scoping with @davila7/claude-code-templates
- Include version bumping and automatic GitHub releases
- Add .npmrc for proper registry configuration
- Support both manual triggers and release-based publishing

Package will be available as:
npm install -g @davila7/claude-code-templates --registry=https://npm.pkg.github.com
