daniel 40f631f000 feat: Add deploy scripts and CI/CD for dual Vercel projects ...

- Add scripts/deploy.sh with site/dashboard/all targets
- Add npm scripts: deploy:site, deploy:dashboard, deploy:all
- Add GitHub Actions workflow with path-based triggers:
  docs/api/vercel.json changes → deploy www.aitmpl.com
  dashboard/ changes → deploy app.aitmpl.com
- Update CLAUDE.md deployment docs, remove obsolete prebuild notes

Resolves CLA-22
