- docx: Expanded trigger description with comprehensive use-case list;
  rewrote workflow section with Quick Reference table replacing verbose
  decision tree
- pptx: Rewrote trigger description and overview; new Quick Reference
  table replacing prose decision tree
- xlsx: Expanded trigger description with explicit spreadsheet scope and
  exclusions; updated recalc script path to scripts/recalc.py; added
  professional font guidance
- mcp-builder: Major revision - restructured Phase 1 to emphasize
  workflow-centric design over API wrapping; updated MCP docs URL to
  llms-full.txt; added Phase 2.4 language-specific best practices section;
  expanded Phase 3 with safe testing guidance

Updated supporting files:
- pdf/forms.md: Rewrote non-fillable form section with structure-based
  coordinate extraction (new extract_form_structure.py) as preferred
  approach over visual estimation
- pdf/scripts: Updated 7 existing scripts; added extract_form_structure.py
- docx/scripts: Added accept_changes.py, comment.py; added office/ helper
  library with XML schema validation support
- pptx/scripts: Added __init__.py, add_slide.py, clean.py, office/; updated
  thumbnail.py; added editing.md and pptxgenjs.md reference guides
- xlsx/scripts: Added scripts/ directory with recalc.py and office/ helper
  library (mirrors docx/pptx structure)
- mcp-builder/reference: Updated mcp_best_practices.md, node_mcp_server.md,
  python_mcp_server.md with revised guidance

Local customizations preserved (html2pptx.md, ooxml/, ooxml.md in pptx;
docx-js.md, ooxml/ in docx; root recalc.py in xlsx).

Regenerated catalog: 698 skills total.
