daniel 8d622602d8 fix: use correct Vercel Speed Insights script tag and handle localStorage quota ...

Speed Insights for static HTML uses /_vercel/speed-insights/script.js,
not the npm module via CDN. Also wrap localStorage.setItem in try/catch
to handle QuotaExceededError when search data exceeds 5MB limit.
