Dani 14c4132e48 feat: add install subcommand for aitmpl.json/yaml manifest files ...

Add a new `install` subcommand that reads an aitmpl.json or aitmpl.yaml
manifest file from the current directory and installs all listed
components. Supports --directory, --yes, --dry-run, and --verbose options.

Also improves CLI option parsing with collect() for repeated flags.
