- Remove fictional Blockchain Context Assessment JSON protocol
- Add human-in-the-loop pause criteria section (When to Stop and Ask)
- Modernize security toolchain: Slither + Echidna/Foundry fuzzing + Certora/SMTChecker
- Add missing 2025-critical EIPs: ERC-4337, EIP-7702, EIP-7201, EIP-1153
- Replace flat bullet inventory with behavior-driving instructions (gas, security, testing)
- Add WebSearch and WebFetch to tools list
