Daniel Avila 7d6c136ad1 improve: enhance graphql-performance-optimizer based on automated review (#596 )

- Add missing frontmatter fields: model, color, permissionMode
- Rewrite description with three structured examples (N+1 diagnosis, APQ+CDN caching, federated graph profiling)
- Replace deprecated graphql-depth-limit with @envelop/depth-limit
- Replace graphql-cost-analysis with graphql-query-complexity
- Add Persisted Queries / Trusted Documents section (APQ vs Trusted Documents decision table)
- Add Federation Performance section (router query plan caching, subgraph DataLoader scoping, __resolveReference batching)
- Add Subscription Scaling section (graphql-ws, Redis PubSub, SSE via graphql-sse, withFilter)
- Replace naive getRequestedFields helper with graphql-parse-resolve-info recommendation
- Add note to defer security content to graphql-security-specialist agent
