Claude ac86fa3922 Merge origin/main into download-stats fix branch ...

Resolves conflicts in docs/components.json and dashboard/public/components.json
by regenerating the catalog with the fixed keyset-pagination aggregator on top
of the latest main (which had re-introduced undercounted numbers via the old
script). Counts now match the live DB (1,366,986 rows read).

Also addresses cubic review (scripts/generate_components_json.py:271): no longer
sleeps/logs a retry after the final attempt — aborts immediately once retries
are exhausted.
