Dani ec5ba6b488 refactor: move MCP description field inside mcpServer configuration

- Move description field from root level to inside individual mcpServer configs
- Update Python script to extract descriptions from mcpServer objects
- Enhance CLI to remove description fields from within mcpServer configs
- Ensure only clean mcpServers configuration is written to .mcp.json
- Maintain frontend display functionality with descriptions from mcpServer objects
