Param 119da71024 fix: apply date range filter to all dashboard charts (#487) ...

- Token Distribution by Type: compute totals from date-filtered
  conversations instead of pre-aggregated detailedTokenUsage which
  always contained all historical data regardless of the selected range
- Daily Productivity Trends: skip conversations outside the selected
  date range (was iterating all conversations unconditionally)
- Workflow Intelligence charts: re-fetch /api/agents with startDate
  and endDate query params on filter apply instead of reusing stale
  initial-load data
