Fixed Cloudflare sandbox to save generated files in project root using
timestamp-based directories, matching E2B's sandbox-{id} pattern.
**Changes**:
- Modified launcher.ts to accept targetDir parameter (5th argument)
- Updated LauncherConfig interface with optional targetDir field
- Modified displayResults() to use targetDir instead of process.cwd()
- Fixed TypeScript errors (workerUrl undefined, unused language variable)
- Updated src/index.js to pass targetDir to launcher
- Added cloudflare-*/ and sandbox-*/ to .gitignore
- Updated IMPLEMENTATION_SUMMARY.md with file structure details
**Directory Structure**:
- Before: `.claude/sandbox/cloudflare/cloudflare-output/`
- After: `your-project/cloudflare-{timestamp}/`
**Pattern Comparison**:
- E2B: `your-project/sandbox-{id}/`
- Cloudflare: `your-project/cloudflare-{timestamp}/`
Files now download to clean, timestamped directories in the project root,
improving organization and matching user expectations from E2B behavior.

Problem:
- Skills like docx require additional files (docx-js.md, ooxml.md, LICENSE.txt)
- Previous implementation only downloaded files matching specific patterns
- Skills with complex directory structures (ooxml/, scripts/) were incomplete
Solution:
- Replaced pattern-based file detection with GitHub API recursive download
- Downloads ALL files and directories in the skill directory
- Maintains executable permissions for .py and .sh files
- Simplifies code and ensures complete skill installation
Benefits:
- docx skill now includes all 59 files (SKILL.md, docx-js.md, ooxml/, scripts/, etc.)
- Works for all current and future skills without modification
- No need to maintain regex patterns or directory whitelists
Testing:
- Verified docx skill installation with all files present
- Confirmed executable permissions on Python scripts
- Total files downloaded: 59 for docx skill
- Added 'skill' to validTypes array in track-download-supabase.js
- Ensures download analytics properly track skill installations
- Completes skills integration for web interface and backend
- Added 'skills' to validFilters in getFilterFromURL()
- Added 'skills' to component categories for search indexing
- Added skills icon 🎨 to category icons and typeConfig
- Enables proper /skills URL routing and search functionality

Fixes file reading error on Windows where the default encoding (cp949)
fails to read UTF-8 transcript files. Adding explicit encoding='utf-8'
with errors='replace' ensures cross-platform compatibility.
The download tracking was failing because Vercel serves from /docs/ as
the outputDirectory. Serverless functions must be inside this directory
to be detected and deployed correctly.
Changes:
- Copy track-download-supabase.js to docs/api/
- Copy package.json with dependencies to docs/api/
- Add comprehensive README.md explaining API structure
- Create sync-api.sh script for easy maintenance
- Keep /api/ as source of truth, /docs/api/ for deployment
This fixes the 404 error on:
https://www.aitmpl.com/api/track-download-supabase
Technical details:
- vercel.json has "outputDirectory": "docs"
- Vercel only detects functions inside the output directory
- Both static files (agents.json) and serverless functions now coexist
- Environment variables (SUPABASE_URL, SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY) required
Testing:
After Vercel deployment, test with:
curl -X POST https://www.aitmpl.com/api/track-download-supabase \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"type":"agent","name":"test","path":"test","category":"test"}'

* feat(commands): add Gemini Code Assist PR review automation command
Add /gemini-review command to transform Gemini Code Assist PR reviews
into prioritized TodoLists with automated execution.
Key Features:
- Fetches Gemini review comments from GitHub PRs using gh CLI
- Analyzes and categorizes feedback by severity (critical/improvement/suggestion/style)
- Generates prioritized TodoLists with effort estimates
- Supports preview mode for safe execution
- Includes real workflow examples and setup guide
Pain Point Addressed:
- Free Gemini AI reviews often get ignored due to lack of urgency
- Manual process of analyzing, prioritizing, and creating TODOs is tedious
- Solution: One command → TodoList + Priorities + Ready to execute
Usage:
/gemini-review [pr-number] [--analyze-only] [--preview] [--priority high|medium|low]
