- Add Vercel serverless functions for user collections CRUD (collections.js, [id].js, items.js)
- Add shared auth (Clerk JWT verification) and Neon DB client helpers

This reverts commit b082254. Vercel requires serverless functions in /api/
regardless of outputDirectory. Both directories are needed:

- Eliminated duplicate /api directory (not used by Vercel)
