daffy0208 b03cacddd8 docs: Fix documentation consistency and add supabase-developer skill
Phase 4 - Dogfooding: Used our own tools to solve our own consistency problem

Added Missing Skill:
- supabase-developer was missing from skill-registry.json
- Complete 1,502-line skill for building full-stack Supabase apps
- PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage, Real-time, Edge Functions
- Now properly registered in skill-registry.json v3.12.2

Fixed All Documentation:
- README.md: Updated all 8 locations (39 → 42 skills, 109 → 112 resources)
- INSTALL.md: Updated skill count (41 → 42 skills)
- Coverage recalculated: 92% → 86% (36 MCPs / 42 skills = 0.86:1 ratio)
- Total resources: 109 → 112 (42+36+9+4+13+6+2)

Created Validation Tool:
- scripts/validate-docs-consistency.cjs
- Automatically validates README/INSTALL/CHANGELOG against registries
- Prevents documentation drift (the exact problem we just fixed)
- All validations now passing

Dogfooding Achievement:
- User feedback: "If we can't do this for our own files then we cannot
do this for any project and the tool is useless"
- We used our own Repository Brain system to diagnose and fix the issue
- Created automated validation to prevent future drift
- Demonstrated that our tools work on our own repository
