Kevin Niparko 44104cbd34 Add 138 MCP plugins and remove 11 deprecated plugins

Migrate 138 new plugin directories (mcp.json, plugin.json, README, LICENSE)
into the repo and register them in marketplace.json.

Remove 11 plugins that are no longer needed: sentry, aws, supabase, hex,
linear, prisma, convex, notion, amplitude, cloudflare, and stripe.
