New plugin pointing at Hunter's official hosted Streamable HTTP MCP
server (https://mcp.hunter.io/mcp). Auth is OAuth 2.1 with Dynamic
Client Registration and PKCE against hunter.io, so the config carries
no API key or client ID; the README documents the X-API-Key header as
the opt-in alternative Hunter also supports.
Logo is Hunter's official fox mark from the hunter-io GitHub org.
