roshansada 0e263dd60c Add HubSpot third-party MCP plugin 
HubSpot's remote CRM MCP requires a dedicated MCP auth app with OAuth
(PKCE), so the plugin declares CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET variables
and points at https://mcp.hubspot.com.
